  • Recently I had a pretty substantial water leak in my home...of course, it had to happen at the worst possible time: in the middle of the night! Crossing my fingers, I called the emergency line for my property management company (the wonderful J. Squared Property Management!), leaving a slightly panicked message. Within 5 minutes, my cell is ringing with Travis returning my call! He walked me through turning off the water to my unit and promised to be over right away to help. I couldn't believe it when he actually did arrive right away! 30 minutes after our conversation, there he was! He was able to help me find and contact contractors to clean up the water & make the necessary repairs. What a scary situation! I'd never had something like this happen before, but Travis was amazing! A prior HOA company I'd had was impossible to get a hold of, even for simple questions, let alone a 3am emergency house call! So here I am, writing a positive review about an HOA:-) I was just so impressed with J. Squared and how professional and responsive they are! I just had to share :-) Again, huge thank you to Travis & the entire J. Squared team...you're a LIFE-Saver!!
