The last thing Wyatt Earp said before heading out to the O.K. Corral was "Men, let's not go out there Half-Cocked." Unfortunately, that is exactly what I did on my prior YELP review of the Data Doctors and their ability to resolve my computer repair issues. Unbeknownst to me, my repair issues were not abandoned by the Data Doctor's, but rather transferred to their senior management level for a satisfactory resolution. Just subsequent to my posting on YELP a senior level manager at Data Doctors contacted me with additional information and options about making my computer operate correctly.
As a result of that conversation, Data Doctors did make another service call to my residence. Despite the fact that the complexity and ultimate resolve of my system issues are still a "work-in-progress", I have been reassured about the total commitment and dedication that the Data Doctors management team has in regard to customer satisfaction. Robert D'Arezzo, the Technical Support Manager who Data Doctors sent to reinvestigate my computer dilemma is an exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled repair person. His competent demeanor and skill level make him a valuable asset for the Data Doctors organization and a real credit to his profession.

After wasting 10 days and $200.00, one has to wonder why my computer is STILL having the very same problems I originally called about? I am now wondering if ANYONE at Data Doctors really knows what they are doing. Just as an FYI...I have absolutly had my fill of Data Doctors nonsense and will now seek out a reputable computer repair service to actually FIX the defective computer your firm sold me in the first place. I will also be sure to let YELP users how truly inept your outfit is. Your "We fix it or its Free" slogan is a travesty to the general public...just as your repair service is!
