  • There are 5 doctors here and I've met 3. DO NOT GO TO DR BENNET OR WHOEVER THE BLACK LADY IS. SHE IS VERY RUDE. ALSO STAY AWAY FROM DR NESBITT OR WHATEVER THE FEMALE WITH LONG DARK HAIR IS. she didn't bother putting lube on the anal thermometer and inserted it into my puppy while holding his tail. And she didn't listen to his heart or lungs and wasn't friendly. She was very tactless and I was very very offended. Needless to say I bought my dog from petland so I am contracted to go to VCA. So I went back cuz my pup was coughing, had diarrhea and was itching constantly. DR AUGUSTINE IS AMAZING. She is a pro. She came in and loved my puppy. Held it. Kissed it. Played with it, tactfully out lube on and let me hold the pup while she inserted the thermometer, and afterwards gave him a chew toy. The most impressive of all was that she listened to me as a worried pet owner(mom) when I said that I didn't like giving liquid form meds to my pup cuz he was starting to hate me, she gave me all his meds in oral pill form. Only go to her. Please.
