  • They are a bit disorganized, which makes me uncomfortable since they are dealing with high dollar items. Dropped a watch off to have band changed out and quoted a 2hr turn around time with a call when finished. Called the next day to see if it was done. Woman apologized for not calling and said it was done. No big deal. I brought in another watch to have battery changed when I picked up my 1st watch. Quoted $45 because it has a waterproof seal that I wanted to keep waterproof. Was told 1 week turn around. I finally called 2 weeks later and was told they forgot to send it. I am taking my watch elsewhere.
