I guess I have to give them one star just to get on the board. Arrived at Superstition Springs Lexus at 11AM per my previously arranged appointment. Was advised by the greeter that my service advisor Samantha Munoz was unavailable, but would be with me shortly. Thirty minutes later I returned to the service drive and asked for the keys to my RX350. Whereupon he greeter asked why and I responded I was tired of waiting on Ms. Munoz. His response was to say OK here are yours keys. Two days later went to Bell Lexus in Scottsdale, and even though the dealership had three times as many vehicles on the drive, I was promptly greeted by the service advisor at the appointed time. Superstition Springs Lexus cannot keep up with any other Lexus dealership I have done business with, and should be avoided at all costs.
