  • I paid for a regular pedicure and gel mani and got the worst service. My pedicure was fine until she cut me and kept going. My manicure was done while my pedicure was being done and my hands weren't even soaked. My cuticles were being cut just on oil, she cut me on my finger, sat on the nail bar finally and they said "umm u didn't even wash your hands" I said "no I wasn't told to" then she said "of course u have to"... Called the next day to complain and manager hung up the phone on me! Never ever coming back again!
