Lowes contracted with Service Pro to come out and install my carpet. After waiting for a scheduled time for 4 weeks they did not make it out for their install date two different times. First one they called 12 hours before they were supposed to show and and said they could not com due to an emergency with one of their installers. After much back and forth about what I expected from them they rescheduled the install for the following Thursday between 9 and 11AM. At 11:30 AM they called and said they had an emergency again and could not make it. I then told them they needed to be out here by Monday or they could refund my money back. They told me the best they could do was Thursday. I told them that they needed to give me a discount for $100 a day for every day they were late. (the Carpet was very expensive) They said they had no way of doing that so I told them to refund my money immediately. That was 3 hours ago and I have yet seen the email to confirm the refund. And in the meantime, since Tuesday, my house has been tore up ready for them to come install the new carpet. Worst experience ever with Lowes. Will not be back.
