  • We've been here before and today my daughter goes in for a trim. The woman cuts her hair, doesn't shampoo it, doesn't even wet the hair for the cut! She cuts it dry and sends her on her way. I paid 12 dollars, I expect the usual shampoo and conditioner at least. Not sure of the woman's name she has purple hair and is pregnant. I will not return. Cutting my daughter hair dry left an uneven line and for some people that's ok, but not good enough for me.
