  • Skin surgeon Dr. Jaffe is a skilled doctor and a great person I've had over the last four years a number of skin cancers removed nicely by her, however, it's the main line answering service that's a huge problem. Calls go unanswered forever causing folks to go "in person" to book their appointments which is fact and was confirmed true by the staff. The other issue with the main line service is, one could be scheduled for the wrong office there are four locations across the Valley, but one main line number, if you happen to get a grumpy person answering after waiting at least 30 minutes it's not cool. It's unnerving when it comes to cancer on the skin or elsewhere!
