Made appointment for 330 at Gilbert and brown location. They double booked the person I scheduled for and for the hour I was sitting there never said a damn thing. The only reason I knew what happened is because I overheard her telling the stylist but still not a damn word to me. I love 5 minutes away and they could have called or when I checked in she could have told me offers to have someone else cut it. But nothing, just lets the client sit there without single word, explanation. Or apology. I made the appointment because I was in the middle of remodeling my brothers house and we are trying to complete it today. This the worst customer service I have ever seen in a place like this. The stylist great and I like her, that's why I made the appointment. But the idiot at the front making the appointment needs to learn what service means. If I treated my companies client with the total lack of interest she shows in a five year client I would expect to be fired.
