  • Bought a medium coffee and asked more be poured in after noticing a 2inch gap between the coffee and cup. Guy who is clearly the owner pours in hot water. Wtf, so cheap you can't pour in an inch of coffee?? Even allowing for cream, 2 inches is too much space left and diluting the rest with hot water is ridiculous. Go to Starbucks or Tim Horton's instead. No wonder they're doing so much more business.
