My service manager, Norm, was prompt and succinct and did a great job of explaining what my service was going to be for the day. The service was done in a very timely manner, while the waiting room was comfortable and allowed for me to do my work while I waited. Overall a great experience! Only complaint was that the dealership did not contact me prior to my appointment as I originally requested, since I did have a quick question regarding whether a loaner car could be required should it be necessary. But other than that, a very positive experience and I will definitely be bringing my Tucson back for it's next service appointment!
