  • Think twice about using this company. They do not stand by their installation. During Initial install service and the tech was late. 3 weeks later the windshield got a stress crack after going through a car wash. I had to call three times to get an appointment for a warranty claim. After waiting a week for the second install, they called that morning to tell me the new windshield cracked on the installer truck so they had to cancel. The next day the installer shows up and says that it was caused by a rock. Nope, not using this company again. BTW, I have no reason to lie to this company. I have full glass coverage from State Farm. It would have cost me nothing to replace. I didn't want Accurate Glass scamming my insurance company when it was a warranty issue. Bad business....
