Coming from a former Sally's employee, Trisha the manager, was rather rude. I came in to browse but ultimately to make an exchange. I was followed by Trisha my entire visit. The Sally's bag with all my returns probably triggered her trust issues in customers, I felt suffocated with her rushing tactics. As soon as I made my way to the register (2 minutes after stepping inside) she let me free. Ridiculously unnecessary...And I know Nancy the associate is older, but she didn't seem happy to be there. Both ladies didn't. They gave me blank stares and silence when I told them I had brought the wrong receipt. No sorrys, no suggestions, no smiles. Barely any response. So I left, and went to a more hospitable location.
