  • I'm not happy with my screen doors. So, I just want to prefice by saying the customer service was pretty good, just not with the product. I had an appointment and they came and took measurements. The guy was very nice. When it got delivered, it was 1 door. I was expecting 2; The one that stands and the one that moves. When it got delivered it was just one. When I called and told the lady what was wrong she apologized and charged me for the second door. I get it, you have a job to do, but it's not my problem, after I explained what I wanted, you didnt understand. So I bit my tongue and paid for it. The doors are flimsy, the sliding one falls off the hinges all the time...in fact it's probably been off the hinges for a couple weeks now. They don't slide well. All in all, just a flimsy, weak product that I wouldn't recommend. It was a waste of money.
