rev:text	While I love the office staff, they're super wonderful and accommodating. Due to unforeseen circumstances they helped us extend our stay by 5 nights over the New Years holiday. That being said housekeeping is horrible. We're on day 10 of an 11 day stay and they've only serviced our room once. Every night when I return to the room I have to find a laundry cart and steal clean towels or toilet paper. I even asked at the front desk on Saturday (3 days ago) for new sheets, left a note for the housekeeping staff (in Spanish) requesting new sheets. Still no sheets....
