rev:text	I went in for an oil change since my i purchased an extra warranty there covers it for 2 years Erik Rudd said they have to order the oil filter from Meyers or an auto store and it would take them 4-5 hours to do so i own two of the same cars and i do the oil change on my paid of bmw takes me half an our to do it this guy doesnt know crap about cars and he wanted to cop an attitude the whole time as if he knew more than me i work in the automotive industry he just sits behind a desk everytime i go in hes eating and all he kept talking about to his co worker was how hungry he was and how some lady earlier in the morning was a B!#ch his customer service skills suck ill never buy from here ever again
