  • I scheduled an appointment to get a recall and a full detail done at Ford City. I called to confirm the day of, but they had no record of my appointment. I scheduled another appointment for the following Monday but didn't call to confirm this time (silly me). I show up and they tell me I was scheduled for Friday. I end up leaving my car with them but, before I go, they confirm my cell number. My dad ends up calling to tell me my car is ready for pick up (I own this car & have no idea how they'd get my fathers number). Unbelievable.
