  • 10-03-2013 Update Thank You for the Customers Relations dept. Mr. Anthony N. and Mr. J. P. for responding to the original Yelp comment or rating. Customers Relations Mr. J. P. called and will help resolve or try to resolve a lot of our issues. I am currently faxing him copies of the statements we paid for our vehicle repairs and parts. Mr. Anthony N. passed over my email asap. Mr. J. P. called right away and we're trying to resolve the issues. They were very professional and seems to really want their customers happy. I am faxing him copies of all paper works now. Thank You gentlemen for helping us. Nice to know your customer service really do read our yelp reviews and really try to help their customers. 10-11-2013 Mr. J.P. was able to reimburse a part we bought for our SUV, mailing check within 7-10 days. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Thanks Mr. Anthony N. for helping us originally. You started this help for us.
