  • I went there on February 17th for a booked appt for 3:30pm. When I got there, one of the ladies claimed she didn't see my appt in the schedule. I told her the man called me back to confirm an appt for me but she kept insisting it's not there.. I told her I had the phone record. She kept repeating it's not there, even one of the clients asked her whether the man was still there and I hear her whisper he left already.. She then asked me to come back at the end of the day because they were fully booked. I don't usually get upset but this was a bit ridiculous. The whole point of me making an appt was to be courteous to them. It's so unfortunate because I had a fine experience with them the first time I went there for a shellac pedicure and manicure (it was with the older lady). However, my sister-in-law has mentioned that the last few times she's been, the girls were being too quick and cutting her cuticles too close, to the point where it would be nicked. They are clean in that they sterilize all their instruments and cover the pedicure bowls with a plastic bag.
