  • I called Umbrella movers in an emergency same day move situation. The phone was answered right at listed opening time, and after explaining what I needed, was told they could help. The rates were very fair and I placed my order. Johan and Nahum arrived promptly at the appointed time and location, and we were underway. The move was an unpleasant eviction situation (I'm the landlord!) and police involvement was needed. While this was planned to go smoothly, both Johan and Nahum remained calm and graceful in a tense situation, and when the all clear was given, they were efficient, competent, and really stepped up after being forced to wait in Las Vegas summer heat. Johan was very clear in his role as leader in explaining how charges would work and the process, and both gentlemen should be commended for delivering outstanding service. I wouldn't hesitate to call Umbrella for any moving needs. Thank you all.
