  • Very nice, well kept complex. Very quiet, gated community. Yes, it is by the VA, even though there are some homeless people around, I've never been bothered even when walking around at night. They have courtesy security on grounds. Units have w/d in them. They are quick to respond to maintainance problems. . Easy access to downtown, light rail, ect. If you have to be in an apt, as apartments go, you can't go wrong. Convenience all around. Oh, they have garage parking, too!
