With all the great restaurants to choose from here in Vegas, I judge by service. Everyone can have an off night with the food but it's how they handle it that matters. I had ravioli and requested a basil cream sauce on it. The waiter insisted that what came on it was the same as the basil sauce. It wasn't. They sprinkled basil on it (which he pointed out) but it was not what I wanted. There was also waaaaay too much sauce - almost like soup. And it was way too salty. I ate what I could but the waiter was nowhere to be found and we had a show to go to. When he came with the bill, I told him he should tell the chef the sauce was too salty. His response? "You should have told me you don't like salt." That will be the last time we eat there.
