  • Very disappointed! Very unprofessional! I Called them and got a quote and the lady said it would be cheaper than the add to find out there is a 15 dollar service fee, ( she should could of told me that on the phone ) when I called them about it they said it's on the add, yes it is VERY small and hidden, so be aware. Next there was no company vehicle, just the workers own car, then he asked to use my hot water, as well as dumped all the dirty water and hair in my front lawn. Also I am not sure if it was a joint or rolled cigarette but it was sitting right in my drive way when I got out my vehicle with my little girl. When he showed up he was bumping his music really loud ,Luckily my twin babies were not there and sleeping. He did not wear any foot protection like the last company I used. All around nothing was a posative with this company. I am also very unhappy with the results and upset with the thick residue I feel on my feet and afraid to let my babies crawl on it. Tomorrow I am calling because the add does state 30 day gaurentte workmanship, so I'll let you know how that goes.
