The worst customer service. Wanted to upgrade my service and was going to be charged an additional service fee to have a box delivered. Cancelled after three days and still being charged for protection services 4 months later. Spoke to their accounting department and he told me he removed all fees when I originally cancelled. Now they need a cancellation letter from Direct TV. Be careful. This place will nickel and dime you to death. Con artists. If you deal directly with Directtv you are better off.
