  • I am not one to write reviews about anything because frankly I am just too lazy but my experience at this place led me to sign up and write my very first review on yelp. This place itself doesn't measure up to its competitors as far as looks goes, don't expect anything luxurious or fancy. But it's ok because my sales rep, Gina made up for it. She was very sweet and helpful during my visit. I tried on about 5-7 dresses and found the one. The price was a bit out of my budget so i held off and continued my search. Couple days after one of my bridesmaids found the same dress somewhere else for $400 less!!! Feeling guilty since I did try it on there I had the decency to offer them my business if they would come down on the price. I spoke with Gina and made the mistake of disclosing where I found it after she asked. She called back and said they couldn't come down on price. A couple weeks later when I called the other shop to order the dress she said that she could no longer offer the price because Suzanne called the company and threw such a fit about loosing a customer because of the low pricing and that company won't sell it to her at cost. I am baffled that Suzanne takes such tacky measures to compete with other businesses. She demonstrated poor ethics in that she would throw another business under the bus and ruin it for brides out there looking for a bargain deal. She has the right to over charge her customers but never should she try to mandate or regulate what others should charge. Needless to say I went to All Things Bridal and got an amazing deal on a different designer dress that I love and saved hundreds of dollars!
