  • 0 stars would more appropriate. A friend recommended them, said they were the best in town but you'll pay a little more. Paid $1600 to replace my water heater in April 2016. Standing here today in November 2017 paying them $600 to install another one. 1 and a half years on a 5 year warranty and these a$$holes tell me that they are a cheap water heater and I should buy a $3600 tankless from them. Told him if the new one fails I'll call their competitor. Guy tells me they can't give me another brand because they bought a million of these. Just goes to show you this company doesn't represent quality. Just another scam plumber selling sub-standard crap for premium price. Disgraceful!
