  • The very worst customer service and their tents and products are worn out and in terrible condition. Ordered a large tent, tables & chairs, lighting, stage, 2 heaters and 2 generators. Tent literally had TAPE holding it together at the entrance. Installer was 3 hours late. Worked for several hours setting up and realized he did not have bulbs for the lights. I had to meet him at 7am the next day to install lights. Freezing cold the night of my event, which was expected, hence the 2 heaters ordered. Only one heater worked. Party was cold and still a success, but should not have happened. Called the very next morning to Lisseth, my sales person, who said she would work on refunding the heater. Its been 2 weeks and she will not respond to me. Terrible. Do not use this company. It was difficult dealing with them from beginning to end.
