Wow I'm truly floored with the whole experience. I took a chance and bought online some "fashion" jewelry (I only wear real). Looked so cute. Upon arrival so poorly made and terrible quality. I gave 1 of the two items a chance (the necklace was damaged on arrival) and within hours the bracelet started to unravel.
I attempted to call them as the items arrived without a packing slip which they say is needed to return.
To sum up, as the previous yelped said...I have never had such poor customer service. If you want to return anything to this company plan on never getting your money back! They claim to be emailing me a return label that never gets to me! They stay on the phone saying they sent it yet it never comes. I've never had a problem with my Email. I've given them an alternate one of my husband, same, nothing! Bizarre and dishonest. They're clearly trying to wear me down so I give up. Awful!
I'm a business owner myself and am shocked at the way they conduct business. I don't doubt they will close shop soon.
One woman at corporate is attempting to help me but every time we engage it's as though she's told to not help me see this return through.
I'm shocked. I will pursue other means if they don't resolve within 24 hours. The company name preaches karma and luck??? They perhaps need to overhaul the concept or actually practice what they preach.
