We were here from 11am-4pm just for a written test & new drivers license because we just moved here. The line for the information desk, which is how they check you in and give you a number, is not that bad. It took us 15 minutes to get to the front desk & have our papers checked and they use the last 4 digits of your phone number as your ticket. All the workers that we saw were kind & patient with us. After getting through the information desk, you get a text on your phone saying how many people are in front of you. At 11:10 there was 97 people in front of us for the license renewal. We did not get seen until 4pm! Now I rated this 4 out of 5 stars because if you are not there the second they call your number, they will skip you and move on to the next person and you have to go to the information counter and get another ticket & the waiting game begins all over again. We were outside when we got the text and as we were walking to the counter, we received another text saying they gave our spot to someone else. We were like OH NO THEY DIDN'T! & continued speed walking to the specified counter. We're being seen today! Especially since we had to wait almost 5 hours for this. Good thing the person they gave our spot to didn't show up so the guy behind the counter was nice enough to see us since we were there :) on another note, for those taking the written test, it is 50 questions & once you get 11 wrong, you're done so the moral of this is STUDY STUDY STUDY!
