  • Crystal is the rudest person in retail I have ever met. She flat out lies, does not care at all about customers. Our dog got lice for a second time from the groomers at Petsmart and Crystal refuses to to do anything about it. She first said that they have never had lice there, and then after talking to her the next day she admits they had a breakout a year and a half ago, the first time they gave our dog it, that time they took care of no problem. We will never ever walk into a Petsmart again after having to deal with this person.
