Went to ER at St Rose Siena on Fri 6/2/17 with swollen legs/feet, irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath. Was seen almost immed by a doctor...and admitted with congestive heart failure. Fortunately Dr Dane Jefic was in the hospital, got called to the ER, and took control of the situation. He recognized the symptoms, gathered the resources to perform a shock treatment to get my heart back in rhythm, and followed me through admitting into 2 days of ICU where I received additional treatment to stabilize heart rhythm and the other symptoms. Saw him several times while in the hospital as he checked on me and will now see him as my cardiologist.
Without Dr Jefic (and the ICU doctor who worked on me most of Fri night...I did not get his name) I would not be around today. These people save lives...thank you Doctors !
