Customer service sucks!!!
I took in some screening that I had purchased the previous day which was the wrong width. I told the gal that I just wanted to exchange them for the smaller width. She wanted me to go to the aisle and pick them out. I told her that I had leg problem and to have herself or someone else do this for me. She said she would call the department and have someone there look for them. Nobody answered her calls. I am standing there just waiting and my legs are hurting. I asked for the store manager to report this and she says she does not have a manager available but he would be available when finished with his customer. Again, another long wait. My friend was also getting very impatient and we again told her someone needed to get us what we needed. She asked another girl and she didn't know anything about the size of the screening and continued to say a different length than what I actually needed. Finally after all this and wasting my time I was told they did not have this width. I still am not confident that anyone actually looked or even knew which type and color of screening I was needing.
This was the 2nd store that day in the same area where I had problems with people in their customer service departments. Maybe it is due to the area which is a low rent area which of course attracts a different type of customer.
