I got a new iPhone 6 plus in November and turned in my old one a droid to the store and they said no problem they would take care of it from their and it had been credited to my account. In January I get an equipment charge of $267 saying I had not turned In my device. I went to store twice asking them where my phone was getting the run around until the second time I came in. It took two hours of waiting but they found out my device was turned in November the 21st and went back to verizon warehouse in Texas November the 25th but was never checked back in. They keep telling me it's take care of but it's almost end of feburary, and it still is saying it is going to credit but has not done so yet. I stated to them I am a single mom and can't afford to pay for a device I turned in in November. If it wasn't such good coverage I would drop them!!!
