  • I could not be happier with Crash or Rhinos painting. Yes it's an odd name but these folks are true professionals from the painters to the back office folks. To start they quoted a price during the estimate. They had all the tools with them and within 15 minutes of finishing the walk through I had a firm price. Once they were hired we did all the document signing electronically and the staff was on top of the process the entire time. They followed up with me weekly on the lead up to the job and reconfirmed the Friday before the job start. The crew showed up on time and we did a walk through and scope verification before they started. the Lead painter JJ was awesome, he was very communicative and accommodating for everything we needed during the work. I received a daily report of the progress for the day, not that I needed it as I was there but this appears to be standard for them. That is great for rentals or folks who might be out of town. They finished the job a day early and only after the walk through was done did I give hem a check. No 50% up front, progress payments, they just asked for payment once I was happy with the work. This was a big job. 2400 sqft ranch withe a 4 car garage, a 400 sqft cassita, a 10X 12 shed, trim replacement, stucco repair, awnings painted. Three days and zero issues is amazing to me.
