  • This UPS storw will ship your package, charge you $41 then after it shows up at your house 4 days later because it got "lost" (or because some idiot covered up the wrong shipping label when I was told to not worry about the old labels, they would handle them) then when customer service tells you that your package qualifies for a guaranteed service refund, they will refuse to refund you for a package they shipped 4.9 miles down the street.
