  • I have to take a moment and review this local company. Their customer service is AMAZING!!!!!!! I have had the opportunity to work with a number of different furniture suppliers in a few North American cities. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. We ordered two chairs and had to wait for delivery for a few months. Not only did they handle the ordering and storage, but when we arrived the delivery was very prompt. When we took delivery I noticed some cracking in the leather on one arm. I phoned customer service and they immediately set to getting me a new chair. I do appreciated them not fighting about the exchange. I sent them photos of the issue and it was immediately handled. We had to wait for a rebuild, but during the wait I was contacted by Perfect Home to let me know where we were in the process. Yesterday they delivered our new chair and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Perfect Home for the best resolution to a potentially bad situation. This company will get all our business In the future.
