A kind and courteous guy came out. I unfortunately forget his name at the moment. He seemed thorough and not rushed.

Although the service is professional the billing is horrible. What they call errors in billing, I call fraud.
The free initial service was charged. I signed up for every other month, they charged me every month. I called many times to be credited. When I had enough and tried to cancel, they tried to tell me that I had a contract.
Be careful when you sign-up with this company.

So, I got a call today from a Mr. Wes from TruForce. This is after I've gotten a collection notice. He stated that he will do away with the collection and give me add a discounts if I do Business with them again. He acknowledged that there was a billing error with many customers. I still call that fraud. He said if I cannot do business with them the collection will stand. Now, along with fraud I call it blackmail.
