ABC Hyundai doesn't earn a star to me. Customer service is suck. We have a gear problem last year. We brought our car in ABC Hyundai when it was still under coverage and guess what did they tell us, if the engine light is not on, nothing they can do for it. And now that gear problem happens more often, we bring our car in again, the engine light is not on either. Same problem, same situation but now they offer us run diagnostic because our car is not under coverage anymore and they can charge us $135 for the diagnostic test. They found the problem and if we want to fix, they will charge $165 more for that.
If ABC Hyundai did the diagnostic test at the first time, we would have car fixed without any charge. But they didn't do that because they can not charge us when our car is still under coverage so they didn't do anything.
After complaining, they give us a better price $211 in total in stead of $300 but we still don't get that deal. Because we don't trust their service, they only try to charge us, without fix the problem for customer.
