  • When we met with Larry we felt they had great customer care, but must admit once the work was completed. First was a leak which was fixed quickly then we discovered 1 plant didn't even have a drip line and another doesn't have water coming out and the tree was fitted with 2 lines only 1 worked. We have contacted them and keep being told they will amend the work. I feel that plants had been buried too deep as I can locate branches in the dirt. In retrospect I should've maybe gone with someone my neighbors used but what's done is done.
