We have a similar story to Jason's review below us. We also made an 8 visit/$50 purchase and our it was wonderful at first. The owner let out son "test it out' to see if he liked it first. He did and we began, what we thought would be a long relationship.We went 3 times after and our son loved it. The owner always was very friendly with my son as we were coming and going.
I lost my wallet soon after and there went the card with it. I called her and her attitude was too bad to be true. It's almost like she had an evil twin that handled that side of things. She was short, abrupt, and very rude. She said she couldnt waste her time with things like that.
We told her we signed in every time we went and there has to be a record of this. She responded: She could not waste her time with this, even though she admitted to keeping the records. Sounds like she is stealing then;100% fraud. If she has the records, just look at them, and give another card for them to use!! That is how modern business is run. Why rip people off because you are too lazy to even look in to it!?! Who does that? Good God woman. Look at yourself in the mirror! This is a family and a young child you are dealing with everyday, not a banking company.....ZERO STARS for a horrible attitude in the way she handled this situation.
