  • As a retiree who is totally intimidated by technology, but love the access it gives me to family and information, I was thrilled to get such wonderful service from Mark Bush when my laptop started acting up. He did not talk down to me because I am not tech savvy, but explained things in an understandable manner. When I continued to have problems when I got my laptop back home, he remotely helped me solve the problem. He is definitely my "go to PC guy", his prices cannot be beaten and he is a really nice, polite young man.
