  • If this could be a zero that's what I'd give it. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I brought a beloved pair of heels into this shop to get new leather soles put on. In under 3 months one side started completely disintegrating. I can actually pick the leather apart with my fingers. The other side seems fine. Seems to be a faulty piece if leather I thought so I brought them back to show the owner and give him a chance to remedy the situation. No dice. He kept saying it was from natural wear and he couldn't do anything about it. He was very dismissive and would not even consider it was a fault in the material. I paid $65 to get this done. Now my shoes are ruined. Please take your business elsewhere and stay away from poor materials and horrible customer service.
