Dealt with 2 gentlemen at this location, Jim and Jay. I entered this store with my wife and a few belongings we could part with to see what they would offer. We have never pawned anything before and just wanted to go for a fun experience before dinner. Unfortunately it was not very fun. We did not NEED any money from our visit and they assumed we were desperate. They low balled us on multiple items including name brand automotive repair tools. $20 for a tool that is $380 new and $150 minimum on eBay? After saying no to multiple offers, Jim started offering more for items that are worth much less. $25 for a tool that is $85 new and $40 on eBay? I might've parted with it but I was already put off. At this point my wife and I are having a kick out of the outrageously low offers and decided to see how much they would take for her wedding ring. $7,500 new from Ben Bridge with 25 diamonds with the main diamond being .9 karat and a 14k white gold antique collection setting. Jay took a look at it and said he "didn't want to insult us with their offer". He thought it was sterling silver and obviously didn't know what he was looking at. We had it appraised a few weeks ago for well over $6,500 as it is still in immaculate condition. Jim tried to have a nice face on toward the end of our visit after realizing we came in just for fun. Too late bud, you turned me and my wife off from Super Pawn and pawn stores in general for life. Uneducated appraisers and a very rude attitude on top of that. Just because I come in with items to sell does not mean you're better than I am or that I NEED to sell them. Thanks for buying my old toaster and some books to cover some of the tip at our dinner date! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GOT HERE! 0 stars! Terrible experience!
