I had a living social for a sugar, I explained this when I made the appt. Yet the appt was at the camelback Location and they don't do sugaring (didn't know this until they called into the room 15 minutes late).
Got the wax because it's 2 days before my wedding and I couldn't reschedule. The woman appeared very inexperienced, she only ripped off wax in very small sections and I have several deep red patches and a bruise over 24 hours later. But she felt the need to comment "oh you must have a low pain tolerance." Yea, one of the more painful waxes I've gotten and I've been waxing for years. She also left several patches of hair, this after she took out the tweezers and said "oh you don't even need tweezers, there's no hair left."
I would not return for another wax.
