  • Wanted to Update my review here. I recently purchase a new Cadillac not from this location because of the previous experience I had here in the service department. But I had an amazing experience today with service at this location. I really didn't think I would be driving a Cadillac again. I'm happy with my vehicle and the service provided by Pablo Rodriguez. He got me into a loaner with no problem scheduled me quickly and kept me in the loop during the process of servicing my car. Michelle Sena from the Service and rental department was great! She remembered me from before which is always great to be recognized as a returning client. She also is the reason why I was able to get a loaner in my past experience. If it wasn't for her I was going to have to reschedule for the fourth time. This time she remembered me got me a loaner and took the time out to show me the different features and the new model I was driving. I went ahead and spoke with The Service Director Laroyne Brown, He was also very nice and welcoming. His attention to his department and clients shows he is a great leader. With this great experience today I'm going to go ahead and get a few services done to my car a little earlier then needed before my move to Miami. Thanks again guys! I'm happy to be a owner of a Cadillac again!
