Besides my average experience this should be called the "Buddy" car wash. Everyone from welcome, to picking up your car calls you buddy like you are a 5 year old with a baseball cap on. Please take 3 minutes to train your staff on how to speak professionally with respect. Onto the experience... First time I went I waited 40 minutes to find out the car wash was broken. Came the next day and my car waited at the end of the car wash for about 5 minutes before anyone drove it over to get dried off. This was during the morning when it was dead.
