  • Tenant called and complained about the bad smell from the drain outlet. I called Elliot service. Scott showed up within 2 hours, and informed me the drain has not problem. Just need to pull bottle of bleach into the drain pipe. He help to educated my tenant, and did not even charge me for the service call. I feel bad for that, but very appreciate his honesty. What a great company!!! If I have sewer problem in the future, you know who I will call first. Great company!!!
