  • A family-owned business that focuses on quality work and customer service--what more could you ask for! I had an issue with my dishwasher, found Adkins on yelp, and messaged the business at 8:30pm, not expecting a response back until the morning. Jeff responded back almost immediately and said I could book an appt online--how convenient!! The following day, I received a call to confirm the appt and was given a 2-hr time frame. Jeff called 30 minutes before his arrival and within the allotted window. He fixed the dishwasher that day and said he guaranteed his work for 90 days! About two weeks later, we started having the same issue. Jeff was able to come out the next day, just as prompt and courteous as the first time. Happy to report that dishwasher is working like new, and now we have a reliable and trustworthy appliance repair company!
