It is sad it is almost November and I am still dealing with this. Wilburn did agree to pay another shop to try to fix the mess they made of my vehicle. My vehicle is being worked on now however some things can not be fixed so I am stuck with them. I asked for compensation of my time and depreciation of my vehicle for the damage that will not be repaired. So far nothing. I do not think I am being unrealistic considering I took in a brand new vehicle and was returned a vehicle with many flaws. What a big disappointment that a company that is supposed to be so good will not do what is right and own up. Oh well I guess that is just the kind of service you get because so many people tolerate it.
I guess Wilburn does not guarantee the work as they promised, live and learn.
